The center's economic-development edition digital topographic maps (scales 1:25,000, 1:50,000 and 1:100,000) were designated Category A data at the second meeting of the Executive Yuan's Open Data Advisory Group in ROC year 105 (2016). On July 26, ROC year 105 (2016), Ministry of the Interior Order Tai-Nei-Di No. 1051306149 amended and promulgated Attachment 2 to the appendix to Article 2 of the Fee Standards for National Land Surveying and Mapping Results, making these data available for free download and use.

The source does not confirm the coordinate datum. Check its fields or documentation before importing into QGIS. Do not guess an EPSG code or confuse assigning a CRS with transforming coordinates.
