Article pages record views, focused visible reading time, scrolling, sharing, saving and source clicks. Data stays on this site’s VPS and is not sent to Google Analytics.

The browser stores a daily random identifier. The server stores only its daily HMAC, not raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs or member identities. Counts estimate anonymous visitors rather than actual people.

Interaction records are retained for 90 days; daily crawler aggregates for 180 days. Separate Nginx security access logs contain IP and request details, rotate daily and retain 14 files. Administrators, known bots and DNT/GPC requests are excluded from reader analytics.

Since 6 October 2026, the server temporarily uses the connection IP to query a local GeoIP database. It stores estimated country, city, coordinates rounded to 0.1 degrees, browser/OS families and referrer domain. Raw IP, full User-Agent and referrer paths/parameters are not retained; GPS is not requested. VPNs and mobile networks may show gateway locations. The administrator map shows aggregates only; older records cannot be geolocated retroactively.IP Geolocation by DB-IP。

Daily article view totals are retained as long-term aggregates without visitor identifiers, location or referrers.
