Hourly tide-height forecasts for the following year are provided each October, with location, time, and tide height. For bulk downloads, register on the weather open-data platform: https://opendata.cwa.gov.tw/index

The source does not confirm the coordinate datum. Check its fields or documentation before importing into QGIS. Do not guess an EPSG code or confuse assigning a CRS with transforming coordinates.
